Tony’s Tap Water is a fast-growing premium water brand built on a simple idea: tell the truth, cut the B.S., and make great water. As we scale across on-premise, retail, events, and cultural partnerships, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who is a hands-on creative operator—someone who can execute and help grow the brand in real time. This is a hands-on role with meaningful ownership. You’ll be responsible for creating copy, decks, POS, and event visuals while also supporting brand and campaign strategy by translating ideas into clear briefs, timelines, and go-to-market plans. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership and our Territory Sales leadership to ensure marketing supports sales, accounts, and growth. This role is ideal for someone with a strong creative foundation who’s ready to take on more responsibility and grow with the brand as it scales. If you’re equal parts creative, decisive, and strategic—and you like building from scratch while things are moving fast—this role is for you. Key Responsibilities

Execute creative work across the brand, including copywriting, decks, POS, signage, event materials, and retail-facing assets. Design and produce marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator required; InDesign and Photoshop strongly preferred). Support brand and campaign strategy by translating goals into clear creative briefs, timelines, and go-to-market plans. Help develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans that support both brand growth and specific sales needs (e.g., custom POS for key accounts, retail launches, or events). Support creative execution for trade shows, events, and activations, including asset creation, vendor coordination, and on-site needs as required. Partner closely with Territory Sales leadership to align marketing efforts with market realities, account needs, and sales priorities. Coordinate and collaborate with external designers, printers, fabricators, and vendors when additional support is needed. Ensure consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints while allowing flexibility for account- and market-specific needs. Generally support a range of marketing initiatives and tasks as needed to ensure brand success. Who You Are

You’re a creative who executes—you’re comfortable doing the work yourself, not just reviewing it. Highly proficient in Adobe Suite and confident producing print-ready, real-world assets. Strong creative instincts paired with thoughtful planning—you understand how short-term execution supports long-term brand building. Comfortable building from scratch in a fast-moving environment without heavy process or precedent. A clear communicator who collaborates well with sales, leadership, and external partners. Detail-oriented, reliable, and energized by real-world brand building. Skills & Qualifications

4–7 years of experience in creative or brand marketing, ideally within CPG, beverage, lifestyle, or consumer brands. Strong hands-on design experience, with fluency in Canva and Adobe Illustrator (required). Proven experience creating POS, retail materials, decks, and event assets. Experience supporting on-premise or retail brands is a strong plus. Ability to balance execution with tactical and strategic thinking. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent real-world experience. Portfolio required. Please include a link to your portfolio or work samples in the “Additional Information” field or within your resume. Why Tony’s Tap Water

This is an opportunity to help shape a brand as it grows—not from the sidelines, but from the inside. You’ll have hands-on responsibility, real creative impact, and the chance to build something people actually see, touch, and experience. If you want to make real work, grow your skills, and move fast with a team that values clarity and execution, we’d love to meet you. Compensation

The base salary for this role ranges from $65,000–$75,000 , depending on experience.
