Overview Addison Group

is partnering with

one of our clients in the financial services industry

to build out a team of marketing professionals. We are actively hiring

a Marketing Segmentation Specialist

to drive targeted marketing efforts by identifying and segmenting audience groups across digital channels.

This is a

hybrid role (2 days onsite per week)

located in the

Chicagoland suburbs .

Compensation:

$35-$40/hr

Type : Contract

Responsibilities

Develop and manage audience segmentation strategies based on behavioral, demographic, and firmographic data

Partner with analytics and data teams to define audience criteria and build actionable segments

Collaborate with business stakeholders to align audience strategies with campaign goals and KPIs

Extract ad hoc reports from the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) to support marketing initiatives

Automate tasks in collaboration with project leads, data analysts, and end-users

Maintain data loads in marketing automation platform and troubleshoot failures with internal and external teams

Support A/B testing and audience experimentation to refine targeting strategies

Document audience definitions, workflows, and best practices for cross-functional visibility

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Data Analytics, Business, or related

3 Years of Audience segmentation, digital marketing, marketing operations or related

Experience with SQL for querying or reporting
