4x Openings on this Req - Each Supplier will be provided 3x Sub Slots per opening. Ideal Candidates will be local to Irving TX or Arlington VA so they can be onsite at local Gartner Facilities if needed. Leadership will consider fully Remote Candidates Nation-Wide (in US lower 48) as well. Critically Important - Candidates MUST have an online Portfolio link noted on their Resume for Manager review. Online Portfolios must reflect PowerPoint work - this role requires strong PPT presentation skills for consideration (Submitted Candidates with No Online Portfolio listed / no PowerPoint Examples reflected in Portfolio will be rejected). Responsibilities

Produce high-quality, client-ready graphics, data visualizations, and layouts for projects of lower to moderate complexity. Consistently apply Gartner brand and visual design principles to all content. Create intuitively consumable visuals with minimal manager support, with an expectation of growing complexity over time. Partner consultatively with internal stakeholders and peers. Clearly communicate design rationale and brand principles. Seek and provide feedback to continuously improve design solutions. Organize and prioritize assigned projects effectively. Utilize specified tools (e.g., CPP, ClickUp) to track timelines and communicate project expectations. Proactively inform your manager of project progress and escalate potential roadblocks or scope changes. Related duties as assigned Qualifications

Skills: Possession of excellent oral and written skills, including communicating presentations to internal and external professionals at all levels Ability to be a self-starter, pay strict attention to detail, and multitask across multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-based environment Comfortable designing in a team environment but also working independently. Experience with reading, understanding, and developing visualizations from complex data. Experience with visual and digital storytelling, presentations, and user-centered design Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro Education

Bachelor\'s degree in a graphic design or closely related discipline 1-3 years (post-college) experience in a graphic design role preferred Benefits (employee contribution)
