US Digital IT Head
to lead digital enablement and technology execution across its U.S. operations. This role blends
digital transformation, AI, BioSecurity, and business leadership , acting as the primary technology interface between U.S. stakeholders and global leadership. Must-Have Criteria
Less than 15 years of total professional experience Bilingual in English and Chinese , with
near-native English fluency Key Responsibilities
Drive U.S. execution of global digital platforms and technology initiatives Lead AI-driven solutions from pilot to scale in real business use cases Build and manage partnerships with U.S. tech companies, startups, and research institutions Oversee and optimize U.S.-based IT Operations and Maintenance teams Preferred Background
Experience managing
teams of 5+
in the U.S. Exposure to
AI applications ,
SAP implementations , or large-scale ERP initiatives Background in
biotech or biopharma
environments Location & Relocation
Role is
fully onsite in Piscataway, NJ Preference for candidates currently on the
East Coast
