Guide homebuyers through the process using the proven LGI way to deliver results and exceptional customer service. Operate in a commission-based environment with focus on achieving strong sales results. Meet and engage with clients face-to-face or over the phone, delivering clear communication and a positive buyer experience. Weekend work is a required aspect of this position. Qualifications
Proven sales track record and a competitive spirit with a passion for achieving great results. Experience in a commission-based role is preferred. Strong communication skills, whether meeting clients in person or on the phone. No prior real estate experience is required; training and tools are provided. Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation package, including a car and phone allowance. Extensive training and benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance. 4% 401(k) match, an employee stock purchase plan, and a new home discount. Strong company culture prioritizing training, goal-setting, and recognition for team members. Commission: 2.5% on all closed sales under $500,000, 2.0% on all closed sales over $500,000. Bonus Structure: Paid at various levels of closed sales achievement within a calendar year ($5,000 - $150,000 based on units or volume closed).
