to support a client\'s sales operations by re-engaging prospects who have already received quotes and moving them to the next step. Schedule
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (New York Time) 30–60 minute unpaid lunch break Responsibilities
Make outbound follow-up calls to quoted leads. Re-engage prospects, confirm interest, and document outcomes. Complete 60+ call attempts per full shift. Log all activities, dispositions, and notes accurately in CRM systems. Contribute to the organization’s blog. Follow call scripts while maintaining a professional phone presence. Identify conversion and drop-off points optimizing user funnels. Provide daily end-of-shift performance summaries. Requirements
Quiet, professional home work environment. Reliable computer and stable internet. Comfortable using CRMs and call disposition systems. Willing to use TopTracker during all working hours Responsive to manager messages within 15 minutes during shifts Preferred Experience
1+ year in outbound calling, SDR, call center, or customer service roles CRM experience (HubSpot a plus) Strong documentation and follow-up skills
