We are seeking a driven Account Executive to support the expansion of our third-party logistics (3PL) services. This role is responsible for driving lead generation, engaging prospective clients, and supporting the development of customized logistics solutions. The Account Executive partners closely with internal operations, pricing, and leadership teams to deliver warehousing, transportation, and fulfillment solutions aligned with customer requirements and business objectives.

This role is ideal for a sales professional looking to build a career in solution-based logistics sales within regulated and high-growth industries.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and engage manufacturing clients within the pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer healthcare industries.

Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to inform sales strategies and account targeting.

Lead and support the development of tailored proposals covering warehousing, transportation, and fulfillment services.

Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to define service scope, develop pricing models, and deliver accurate customer quotes.

Coordinate and participate in onsite visits, discovery meetings, sales calls, and follow-up activities with prospective and existing customers.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.

Manage and report on pipeline activity, conversion metrics, and revenue forecasts.

Analyze sales performance data and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and improve sales processes.

Organize and manage documentation related to contracts, service agreements, and customer onboarding.

Support the planning and execution of trade shows, networking events, and customer visits.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.

1–3 years of experience in account management, business development, logistics sales, or a related industry.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Working knowledge of 3PL services, including warehousing, transportation, and fulfillment.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
