The Account Manager manages the end-to-end order fulfillment process. The role coordinates customer demand with internal planning, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. They resolve service issues, manage order priorities, and ensure agreed service levels are met while proactively communicating order status and risks to internal stakeholders. They are responsible for managing OTIF performance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Demonstrate saturn petcare inc.’s mission and core values while managing assigned customer accounts and fulfillment activities. Own the end-to-end order fulfillment process, including order entry, allocation, shipment, billing, returns, and credits. Partner with supply chain, sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to align demand, inventory, and allocation priorities to meet delivery timelines and OTIF targets. Monitor orders and key dates, proactively identifying risks and recommending alternatives such as substitutions, allocation controls, or delivery method changes. Communicate order status, shipment issues, and risks to internal stakeholders. Maintain finished goods and inventory reporting, including reconciliation of third-party warehouse inventory. Process replenishment and stock transfer orders to support warehouse inventory requirements. Maintain accurate SAP master data, purchase orders, and transactions to support MRP accuracy. Support invoice processing, special requests, and assigned special projects. Supervisory Responsibilities

Experience with SAP/EDI, operations, logistics, projections, and sales planning. Minimum of 2 years of planning experience in SCM Computer and Technology Skills

MS office especially Excel, Word, & PowerPoint, SAP Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. German language speaking skills is another advantage. Mathematical Skills

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and ability to apply concepts such as: fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations. Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Physical Demands
