Responsibilities

Design and maintain Excel-based reports leveraging Salesforce data to deliver revenue and enrollment insights to executive leadership, sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams.

Provide data literacy training and ad-hoc support to peers and leadership to foster data-driven decision-making.

Deliver comprehensive and reliable reporting during full acquisition and CRM migration projects.

Own Salesforce data hygiene and publish weekly exception/hygiene dashboards (duplicates, missing required fields, stale stages).

Standardize picklists and stage models; run quarterly reviews to reconcile usage to reporting and forecasting needs.

Govern declarative changes (fields, validation, Flows) via sandbox testing and release notes.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related analytics role.

Salesforce (Sales Cloud) power-user with advanced reporting/dashboard skills and working knowledge of CPQ quote review/maintenance.

Proven ability to configure/customize declaratively: fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, Flows, and list views in a governed environment.

Demonstrated understanding of Salesforce schema/object relationships (Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Activities) and role/sharing concepts sufficient to diagnose reporting discrepancies.

Strong data governance orientation: duplicate management, validation rules, data dictionaries/lineage, and weekly hygiene routines tied to forecast quality.

Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas).

Ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights for both frontline teams and executive stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
