Global Key Account Manager (GAM)

is a high-impact, strategic role designed for a proven enterprise seller who thrives in complex, global sales environments. If you bring

10+ years of enterprise software sales experience , consistently achieve

100%+ of quota , and have a track record of

$250K+ average deal sizes and seven-figure transactions , this is an exceptional opportunity to join Minitab at a pivotal time of growth.

What You’ll Do As a Global Key Account Manager, you will serve as the

primary relationship owner

for assigned global accounts within a virtual account team-selling environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Own and manage

named global enterprise accounts , serving as the primary point of contact

Develop and execute

strategic cross-sell, up-sell, and account penetration strategies

Coordinate globally across Minitab teams to ensure consistent

pricing, positioning, and messaging

across all divisions and subsidiaries

Build and maintain strong

executive-level relationships

across customer organizations

Drive revenue growth through the sale of

products and services

Navigate complex, long sales cycles while delivering exceptional customer experiences

Travel 50-70% for on-site meetings with customers, prospects, and partners, including international travel

Success in this role will be measured by:

Revenue growth within named accounts

Customer satisfaction and long-term retention

Referenceability and executive advocacy

What You Bring

10+ years of enterprise software sales experience

in the information technology market

Proven success with

average deal sizes greater than $250K

Consistent achievement of

100%+ of assigned quotas , including

seven-figure deals

Experience managing

large global accounts ($10B+ USD)

across long sales cycles (6-12 months)

Strong background in

consultative, executive-level relationship selling

Demonstrated ability to sell both

software solutions and services

Experience in

fast-paced, competitive enterprise sales environments

Sales leadership or sales management experience (preferred)

Business Intelligence and/or Statistical Analytics experience (a plus)

Education & Methodology

Bachelor's degree required

Familiarity with

structured, value-based and consultative selling methodologies

required

Position is available for remote employment in the following states:

PA, FL, OH, TX, NC, MI, IL, CO, AZ

Base salary:

$135 to 150K/yr

Commission:

This role is eligible for a 50/50 commission plan based on meeting performance targets with uncapped earning potential.

This position is ineligible for visa sponsorship.
