channel sales leader

to grow and lead our indirect partner ecosystem across the Americas.

The Role

Lead and develop a team of Partner Account Managers

Build and execute the Americas indirect channel strategy

Recruit, enable, and manage high‑impact partners

Drive recurring and new revenue through partner‑led and co‑sell motions

Support complex enterprise opportunities (including >$1B global manufacturers outside the U.S.)

Align partner capabilities to digital transformation, quality, SPC, and operational excellence initiatives

This role blends strategic leadership with frontline execution—you'll actively engage in partner development, executive relationship building, and enterprise deal support.

What You'll Bring

8+ years of channel business development and/or enterprise software sales experience

3+ years leading partner‑facing or enterprise sales teams

Experience selling into manufacturing or industrial organizations

Proven success in value‑based or consultative selling

Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and executive presence

Willingness to travel across the Americas

Multilingual capability is a plus.
