As part of our Agentforce Specialist selling team, you will craft customer engagement and deliver ground-breaking results. We are looking for individuals with deep AI knowledge and strong experience in selling complex technology solutions, understanding cloud-based services, and designing B2B and B2C solutions. What you’ll be doing: Employ your sales knowledge, with new technologies and AI modeling, to identify and position Agentforce opportunities with potential customers. Collaborate with Salesforce Sales team to drive Agentforce growth at current and new customers (200-4500 employee headcount). Explain how the Salesforce Product stack, including Agentforce, can deliver tailored solutions to transform customer engagement within existing architectures. Conduct technical discovery to analyze business problems and demonstrate how Agentforce capabilities deliver impact at scale. Source and qualify Agentforce opportunities that fit the ideal customer profile. Lead discovery conversations to uncover critical business needs and how Agentforce can address them. Present compelling Points of View (POVs) that demonstrate value to both technical and business partners. Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the sales process. Align solutions with clients’ long-term strategic objectives and present Agentforce use cases that resonate with buyers. What you should have
5+ years of experience in mid-market and commercial B2B sales within highly technical sales environments. Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts; knowledge of agent platforms, configuring and wiring agents into existing flows, automation, and API connections. Experience with AI-driven customer engagement solutions and the Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Cloud). Ability to map client needs to Salesforce and Agentforce capabilities through technical in-depth discovery. Strong technical selling skills, including explaining AI models and solutions to non-technical clients and linking AI capabilities to business outcomes. Proven track record of surpassing sales targets in technical sales environments. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with extensive technology sales background. Skill-Set/Technologies
