About the Role We are seeking a

part-time, remote Client Experience & Sales Support Specialist

to support a senior Client Solutions Advisor (CSA).

This role is

not a sales or discovery position .

Instead, you will:

Own client care and complaint resolution

Provide foundational administrative and organizational support for the CSA’s sales and intake workflow

Your work ensures that:

Clients feel heard, respected, and supported.

The CSA is freed up to focus on high-level conversations.

Nothing falls through the cracks behind the scenes.

This role is ideal for someone who is

steady, organized, emotionally intelligent, and detail-oriented .

Key Responsibilities

Client Care & Complaint Resolution (Primary Responsibility)

Serve as the primary point of contact for dissatisfied or concerned clients post-appointment

Manage client complaints end-to-end, from intake through resolution

Document all issues and outcomes in Zendesk and internal complaint logs

Provide timely, professional follow-up to ensure resolution and satisfaction

Partner with consultants and internal teams to address and resolve concerns

Identify recurring issues and escalate trends to leadership

Maintain and refine client care and complaint-handling SOPs

Conduct post-appointment outreach to gather feedback and ensure quality

Act as a consistent internal voice for the client experience

Sales & Intake Administrative Support (Non-Sales)

Support the CSA with behind-the-scenes administrative tasks, including:

Call notes organization and documentation

Post-call follow-up tasks and internal handoffs

Ensure intake information is complete, accurate, and well-organized

Track key workflow milestones to ensure nothing is missed

Help maintain clean systems and processes that support the sales pipeline

Collaborate with Operations and Marketing to ensure alignment and continuity

You will not be responsible for selling, closing, or leading intake calls.

You’re a Great Fit If You…

Have

1+ years

in a client-facing or support role (client care, customer success, admin support, operations, etc.).

Are calm, empathetic, and grounded in emotionally charged situations.

Communicate clearly and professionally, especially in writing.

Are highly organized and take pride in clean systems and follow-through.

Enjoy supporting others and making workflows smoother and easier.

Can manage multiple priorities without becoming reactive.

Are comfortable using tools like CRM systems, Zendesk, and Google Workspace (or are a fast learner).

Bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Bonus:

Experience in tax, finance, or professional services.
