Join our SMB Sales team and build relationships with small to mid-sized businesses needing trusted security solutions. As an SMB Sales Representative, you will own the full sales journey from first contact to closed deal, drive new business through prospecting and territory development, and aim for unlimited earning potential in KnowBe4’s growth-focused environment. What You'll Do
Drive New Customer Acquisition:
Identify, prospect, and close net new SMB customers in your territory through cold calling, networking, and prospecting while converting inbound leads into revenue opportunities. Master Consultative Selling:
Conduct online demos of KnowBe4’s Security Awareness Training Platform, articulate the value proposition, and help prospects understand impact on security posture. Build Pipeline Mastery:
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline through relationship building, follow-up, and consistent prospecting activities to generate revenue growth and quota achievement. Own the Complete Sales Cycle:
Identify decision makers, qualify opportunities, navigate SMB buying processes, and forecast resulting in long-term client relationships. Strategic Deal Management:
Price and discount strategically within policy to maximize deal value while supporting customer success and future expansion opportunities. Champion Product Expertise:
Maintain deep knowledge of KnowBe4’s product portfolio to promote solutions at events and in competitive settings. You'll Excel Here If
Sales Foundation:
1–3 years of software (SaaS) sales experience to SMBs with a track record of quota attainment and territory growth. Cybersecurity Passion:
Familiarity with IT security concepts and a genuine interest in helping SMBs improve security awareness. Technology Proficiency:
Experience with Salesforce CRM and Gmail; Network+ or Security+ certification preferred; ability to discuss security solutions credibly. Communication Mastery:
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to build rapport and present effectively to SMB decision makers. Hunter Mentality:
Motivated self-starter who thrives on prospecting, cold calling, and persistent follow-up. Data-Driven Excellence:
