The Vice President of Sales will serve as the senior revenue leader responsible for expanding our footprint across the following verticals: Financial Services, Fintech, Auto Finance, Telecom, Utilities, Government Portfolios. This role blends enterprise sales leadership, strategic market expansion, and executive‑level relationship building within a highly regulated industry. The Opportunity

Development and execution of a national enterprise sales strategy Expansion into new verticals and growth within existing client segments High‑level engagement with C‑suite executives, boards, and senior decision‑makers Cross‑functional collaboration with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Data Science to craft differentiated solutions Competitive intelligence, market positioning, and thought leadership initiatives Representation of the company at major industry events, conferences, and client forums What You Will Own

Full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to contract close Revenue growth, pipeline development, and forecasting accuracy Go‑to‑market strategies aligned with FDCPA, CFPB, and client compliance requirements Long‑cycle enterprise deal management and strategic account expansion Achievement of aggressive revenue and growth targets Who This Is For

7+ years of B2B enterprise sales or business development experience in Collections, Financial Services, Fintech, or BPO Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals with large lenders or financial institutions Strong understanding of FDCPA, CFPB, and compliance‑driven sales environments Experience selling technology‑enabled or AI‑driven solutions Expertise in CRM management, forecasting, and pipeline discipline Prior leadership experience or readiness to step into a senior leadership role Why This Role Stands Out
