Customer Account Executive Job Description: Sage is seeking a driven Account Executive to support revenue growth through new customer acquisition and the re-engagement of off-plan customers. In this role, you’ll manage the full sales cycle through phone and Microsoft Teams meetings, working directly with prospects and customers to identify needs and deliver value-based solutions. Success in this role requires strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand a customer’s business environment, challenges, and goals. You’ll confidently position Sage’s solutions by translating product capabilities into meaningful business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a true “hunter” mindset, thrives on prospecting and closing new business, and builds strong rapport with decision-makers and line-of-business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound outreach to Fixed Assets prospects and off-plan customers within an assigned territory or account set to identify business needs and solution fit Prospect for net-new Sage Fixed Assets customers to build and maintain a healthy pipeline while achieving new customer acquisition (NCA) targets Position Sage Fixed Assets solutions based on prospect needs, engaging buyers, implementers, and decision-makers to secure new customers Own the full sales cycle, including license subscriptions, professional services, and training offerings Expand opportunities by engaging multiple lines of business within customer organizations to drive adoption and customer satisfaction Follow up on, nurture, and close qualified leads assigned to the territory Benefits
