Position Responsibilities
Design tailored solutions by aligning customer needs with the capabilities, considering technical, deployment, and security factors.
Assess client tech landscapes to anticipate execution challenges and strategy shifts.
Develop architectural ‘blueprints’ detailing the integration and configuration.
Support Sales Executives in pre-sales, leading scoping sessions and crafting solution proposals.
Deliver demos, analyze customer data, and provide ROI insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop feasible, profitable solutions and provide product feedback.
Track market trends, identify competitive risks, and contribute to the technology evolution.
Experience & Skills Required Experience and Qualifications:
5+ years experience as a Sales Engineer or Solution Architect of a technical product.
Ability to deliver demonstrations to both business and technology users/audiences.
Understanding of APIs, integrations, and telephony infrastructure.
Experience with Enterprise SaaS and Contact Center Sales.
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to balance long-term strategy with short-term needs.
Experience in healthcare tech or ML/AI/NLU technologies is a plus.
BSc in Computer Science or equivalent; deep technical understanding- an advantage.
Compensation Compensation $130k-$190k, Unlimited PTO, Healthcare Plan (including vision and dental), 401K, long weekends every quarter, remote working model, $150 per month for mobile and internet expenses.
