The Logistics Sales Operation Manager oversees end-to-end logistics operations across freight forwarding and warehousing distribution, ensuring timely and cost-efficient service delivery. This role manages new business setup, daily operations, vendor performance, and customer relationships to maintain high service standards. Responsible for financial oversight, revenue forecasting, cost optimization, and internal governance compliance. Leads and develops the operations team while driving process improvements and operational excellence. 1. New Business Setup & Launch Lead end-to-end operational setup for new accounts, including onboarding, SOP development, system configuration, and go-live. Translate customer contracts, pricing, and service scope into executable workflows with KPIs and cost structures. Validate operational feasibility and vendor readiness to ensure smooth, profitable launch. 2. Daily Operations Management Oversee day-to-day import operations across air, ocean, inland freight, and W&D. Manage cargo booking, tracking, and updates, ensuring seamless end-to-end service. Troubleshoot operational issues, minimize service disruptions, and act as escalation point. 3. Customer Relationship & Complaint Resolution Serve as primary operational contact, addressing complaints, claims, and complex inquiries. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to maintain SLA compliance. Maintain strong, proactive relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction. 4. Vendor & Carrier Management Source, negotiate, and manage carriers, trucking partners, and warehouse providers for service quality and cost efficiency. Monitor vendor performance, resolve service failures, and implement improvements. Support irregular or urgent freight movements effectively. 5. Financial Management & Revenue Forecasting Oversee monthly closing, revenue recognition, AR/AP processing, and operational cost allocation. Prepare forecasts, monitor account profitability, and track KPIs versus budgets. Ensure billing accuracy and timely collection/payment of operational invoices. 6. Operational Efficiency & Cost Optimization Analyze service and cost data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities. Implement process improvements, routing optimization, and operational innovations. Track and report cost-saving outcomes and margin improvements. 7. Internal Approvals & Governance Manage internal approval processes for pricing exceptions, cost overruns, vendor changes, and claims settlements. Ensure compliance with internal policies, approval matrices, and financial controls. Prepare supporting operational analysis and documentation for management. 8. Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration Identify operational gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives across workflows and processes. Coordinate and communicate effectively with Sales, Finance, Settlement, Planning, and other internal teams to resolve operational issues. Facilitate problem-solving, resource allocation, and performance monitoring while ensuring smooth cross-functional operations. Qualifications High School diploma required; Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred 4+ years of experience preferred in logistics, 3PL, or operation manager roles English/ Korean Bilingual required to communicate with customer preferred Proven logistics operation management experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related industries Background in W&D operations: FTL, LTL, warehouse transportation, and fulfillment services preferred Experience in ocean/air freight forwarding preferred Proactive, positive attitude with strong relationship-building and business development skills Understanding of logistics operations, pricing, and financial basics (AR/AP) Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and team player Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) Willingness to travel up to 30% in the U.S. Ability to work on-site in Duluth, GA Benefits & Perks
