You build AI systems. You run growth engines. And you have a horse in your life. Schneiders Saddlery requires it. The Opportunity: Build the AI-Powered Growth Engine for Equestrian E-Commerce

Schneiders Saddlery (75-year heritage brand, $12B equestrian market) is hiring a Growth Manager who is a genuine AI builder — not a prompt tourist — and who understands horses. We’re not looking for someone who just uses ChatGPT daily. We want someone who: Has BUILT production AI systems, automations, or custom applications Deploys agentic AI for real business outcomes (monitoring, segmentation, optimization) Practices "vibe coding" daily — using Claude/ChatGPT to build things, not just ask questions Creates Zapier/Make/n8n workflows with AI integration that actually run in production Has built custom dashboards, data pipelines, or prototyped with AI-assisted code Views AI as infrastructure, not a toy Equestrian Background

Why we also require an equestrian background: the best AI system can’t tell you why a 200g fill blanket matters in November versus a 100g for a clipped horse in a heated barn. Knowing our community means knowing what to BUILD, not just how to build it. You’re an active or former rider, a horse owner, or a deep enthusiast. Any discipline. Paid Acquisition Intelligence

AI-assisted creative generation and rapid testing (50+ variants/month) Automated bid optimization and budget allocation systems Agentic competitor monitoring (pricing, promotions, new products) Dynamic audience segmentation based on behavioral signals

Platform Optimization (Shopify)

Rapid landing page prototyping via AI-assisted code (hours, not weeks) Systematic A/B testing (2-4 tests always running) AI-powered personalization and product recommendations Automated UX analysis from session recordings and heatmaps

Analytics & Attribution Systems

Custom dashboards and automated reporting pipelines SQL queries for cohort analysis and LTV prediction Multi-touch attribution models AI-assisted anomaly detection and alerting

Marketing Automation Architecture

Agentic systems for monitoring, segmentation, and optimization Workflows that eliminate 20–30 manual hours/month Integration layer connecting Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, ad platforms Prompt libraries and AI templates for scaling content output

Equestrian-Informed Strategy

Content that speaks authentically to riders (because you are one) Seasonal campaigns timed to actual equestrian buying patterns Influencer partnerships with real riders, not generic influencers Product page optimization based on how horse people actually shop

Technical Requirements

Must-Have: Active/former equestrian (rider, horse owner, or deep enthusiast) 5–7 years growth marketing / DTC e-commerce Portfolio of AI systems/tools you’ve BUILT (production, not experiments) Shopify platform (hands-on implementation) GA4 + SQL (analytics fluency) Automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar) with AI integration "Vibe coding" as daily practice Strong Preference: Python basics for analytics/automation Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or agent frameworks API integrations and webhook architectures Deployed agentic AI in production environments Built custom apps or tools from scratch using AI assistance Leadership Principles & Core Values
