What Will You Be Doing? Based in a Frontier station, the Regional Manager of Airport Sales & Operations is responsible for delivering outstanding and safe operational performance, customer service, and financial results across multiple Frontier airport locations. This role serves as the primary Frontier representative to airports and business partners in the region, and oversees seasonal and new station openings and seasonal closures. The Regional Manager reports to the Director and engages regularly with Frontier officers and directors.
Essential Functions
Safety – Champion safety through accountability, awareness and communication; ensure all employees and business partners understand and uphold safety values.
Operational Performance – Ensure outstanding performance in assigned cities; work cross-functionally to influence and improve day-to-day operations; manage and develop processes to meet station goals.
Customer Service – Deliver superlative customer service; advocate Low Fares Done Right in communications with partners and front-line teams.
Fiscal Responsibility – Develop and manage multi-million-dollar budgets; identify cost-savings and improve contracts.
Executive interaction – Interact with Frontier Officers and Directors; provide strategic input and report progress to senior management.
Regulatory Compliance – Ensure compliance with FAA, TSA, DOT and related regulations; maintain relationships with authorities and manage international requirements where applicable.
Vision – Foster innovation aligned with company goals and welcome employee ideas where appropriate.
Visible Leadership – Lead by example, communicate across stations, and guide business partners in day-to-day operations.
Availability – Be reachable 24/7 via phone, text, and email.
Data Analysis – Interpret and share performance reports from company systems to ensure transparency and accountability.
Business Partner Satisfaction – Ensure cities are led by capable managers focused on safety, performance, service, communication, and fiscal results.
Reward and Recognition – Identify successes and recognize high performance while maintaining standards.
Appearance – Maintain high standards for partners, facilities and equipment.
Administration and Quality Assurance – Manage station contracts and ensure compliance with training, safety, financial and operational goals.

Collaborate with the Customer Service Training Manager on training curricula quality and effectiveness.
Manage special projects and committees.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director, Stations.
Fluency in Spanish is required for predominantly Spanish-speaking or Latin American locations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
5+ years of leadership experience in a passenger airline
Previous City Manager experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
High initiative, strong team-building, excellent communication, leadership coaching, and station management knowledge. Travel flexibility required. Self-motivated, a good listener, innovative, and a coach.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Ability to manage and justify station budgets
Strong instructional and facilitation skills
Ability to mentor business partners to standardize customer service across the system
Interpersonal communications, leadership, delegation, collaboration, critical thinking, and problem solving
Knowledge of FAA, TSA, DOT regulations, ADA, and related regulatory entities
Travel Frequent (up to 75%)
Equipment Operated Standard office equipment, including PC, copier, fax, printer
Work Environment Typical office environment, adequately heated and cooled; outdoor work around heavy equipment in all weather conditions.
Physical Effort Position requires strenuous physical work with occasional lifting up to 100 pounds and frequently up to 50 pounds.
Supervision Received Considerable latitude to establish methods and procedures; guidance on broad goals. Final results reviewed.
