We are seeking a Test Director to lead test planning and execution for advanced space systems and mission-critical hardware. This role ensures tests satisfy system requirements, are executed safely and efficiently, and provide clear, actionable data to support engineering and program decisions. Where You’ll Make an Impact
Direct and coordinate tests to satisfy system requirements, including scheduling and coordination with support agencies. Lead test execution, including risk assessment, risk mitigation, and directing test activities. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental practices throughout testing. Prepare and submit test documentation and summary reports for review. Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians to ensure successful test outcomes. What It Takes
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline. 8+ years of aerospace test experience, including leadership responsibilities. Experience planning and executing complex test campaigns and readiness reviews. Strong risk management, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-Have Experience
Spacecraft, missile, or high-performance system test experience. Experience with qualification, acceptance, and system-level testing. Active U.S. security clearance or eligibility to obtain one. What You’ll Get
