We are seeking a Deputy Program Director to support execution of the Space-Based Interceptor (SBI) program. This role partners closely with the Program Director to manage program leadership efforts and drive cost, schedule, and technical performance across a complex, multi-element space system.
Where You’ll Make an Impact
Support execution of the SBI program across cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Coordinate cross-functional program leadership across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, test, and operations.
Drive program planning, risk management, and issue resolution to maintain delivery commitments.
Support customer engagement, internal reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
Ensure program execution meets contractual requirements and internal standards.
What It Takes
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Program Management, or a related field.
10+ years of experience supporting or leading aerospace or defense programs.
Demonstrated ownership of cost, schedule, and technical performance on complex systems.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Nice-to-Have Experience
Master’s degree in Engineering or Business.
Missile defense, interceptor, or space vehicle program experience.
Active U.S. security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
