Responsibilities

Content Creation:

Manage B2B content strategy, creating engaging and persuasive materials, including website copy, blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, case studies, sales presentations, and other promotional materials.

Social Media:

Manage all social channels and content, with a heavy focus on LinkedIn.

Brand Management:

Maintain and enhance the company's brand image by ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.

Public Relations:

Work with an external agency to develop content and distribute press releases, draft talking points, and manage media inquiries.

Event Management:

Coordinate marketing events and conferences to promote the company and its products/services.

Digital Marketing:

Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns, social media maintenance, email marketing, and SEO/SEM to increase online visibility and lead generation.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing and communications efforts.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, clinical operations, engineering, and human resources, to align marketing and communications strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field, or equivalent practical experience

7+ years of experience in marketing or communications, in healthcare

Strong portfolio that demonstrates knowledge of marketing and communications

Experience using AI tools, WordPress, and HubSpot or a similar CRM to develop and deliver campaigns

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

US work authorization
