AniChe Cellars is a family-owned winery located on Underwood Mountain in the stunning Columbia River Gorge AVA of Washington State. Established in 2009 by Rachael Horn, we are now a second generation establishment, with the AniChe family members rooted in sustainable ownership. Our winery is a vanguard of feminine craft, community, equity, and social justice. We pride ourselves on small-lot, hand-crafted blends that are inspired by European traditions while expressing the unique terroir of Washington and the Columbia Gorge AVA. Our tasting room offers breathtaking views of the Gorge and the Hood River Valley, creating an inviting atmosphere for wine lovers and visitors alike. We emphasize sustainable farming practices in our estate vineyard, located on Underwood Mountain, and source our fruit from premier vineyards dedicated to sustainability and equity. While keeping with high quality and commitment to excellence, we pride ourselves in our service, our products and position as members in our community. Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Wine Ambassador and Server who shares our love for wines, community, and social justice. The ideal candidate will have experience waiting tables or serving in a wine bar. While formal wine education is preferred, it is not a strict requirement. We’re looking for an extroverted wine lover with a flexible schedule, available to work 2-3 shifts a week, or 12-18 hours a week. Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests to enhance their tasting experience. Share knowledge of our wines and winery philosophy with visitors. Assist in the daily operations of the tasting room, including serving wine, answering the phone, and managing guest interactions. Provide ongoing brand strength with clients and club members, and new customers. Tasting room inventory or supplies and wine stock. Contribute to a positive and welcoming environment for all visitors. Qualifications

Experience in restaurant or wine bar service. Passion for wine and community engagement. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A desire to learn and share knowledge about wines. Must be able to travel to Underwood; wheels needed. Must be able to perform physical labor, lifting 50+ lb cases of wine. Must be able to be on their feet for 8 hour shifts. Must have weekend availability, Wed-Sunday as the main working days. Team player. Knowledge of wine industry standards, methods, and service. Compensation

Competitive pay based on experience. Starting at $22/hr plus tips and club sign up bonuses. Application Process
