Job Description

Looking for an experienced partner field marketing manager to lead field campaigns and programs with our partner ecosystem in the Americas. This is a strategic, highly visible role responsible for executing a wide range of event, account-based marketing (ABM) and digital campaigns with solution partners, system integrators, distributors, and technology partners in the United States, Canada, and Latin America.

The Partner Marketing team is a small, globally distributed group of passionate partner marketers who manage partner-facing communications, partner events, and with- and through-partner demand generation campaigns. Collaborating closely with Americas Partnerships, Americas Regional Marketing, Demand Generation, Integrated Campaigns and other internal teams, this role will own management of marketing programs, including MDF workflows, joint marketing planning and campaign guidance for top regional partners. Responsibilities include helping partners launch lead-generation campaigns, executing those campaigns and nurturing resulting leads with the objective of creating an accelerating pipeline of new-logo and expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities

Lead Marketing onboarding for new partners including training on MDF program

Provide Marketing enablement such as managing monthly regional Partner Marketing Office Hours and responding to Marketing Requests

Own marketing workflows associated with the Aligned partner program, including MDF, partner customer stories and partner solution showcase publishing

Coordinate with designated top partner accounts and Partner Sales on annual and quarterly marketing planning

Provide guidance to designated partners on available content, campaigns and other resources available to them under the aligned partner program to generate pipeline

Counsel designated partners on best campaign fit for their target buyer personas, partner type and business model and help them execute campaigns, which could include in-person events, virtual events, account-based marketing and/or digital campaign

Provide ongoing guidance to partners on optimizing campaign results with a focus on growing new-logo deal registrations

Organize partner dinners and partner tracks at regional summits and other events

Job Requirements

Partner Field Marketing experience, working with a range of partner types to execute a broad range of campaigns

Track record delivering strong ROI campaigns, with concrete examples from past roles including in-person events, virtual events and digital campaigns

Relentless focus on driving pipeline and optimizing pipeline conversion to bookings

High energy, resourceful and proactive at proposing and finding solutions and comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment

Experienced in MDF management and delivery of strong MDF program ROI

Knowledge of partner portals and the deal registration process

Understanding of partner lead nurture, and how this differs from direct marketing lead flow

Familiarity with the IT channel as a route to market

Comfortable presenting to colleagues and business partners, such as on campaign best practices

Strong verbal and written communications skills

Nice to Have

Experience with Impartner as the PRM or partner portal vendor

Familiarity with various virtual event platforms such as Zoom Meeting

Spanish or Portuguese language
