Partner Field Marketing Manager

Our technology client is looking for an experienced Partner Field Marketing Manager to lead field campaigns and programs with its partner ecosystem across the Americas. Fully remote, 40 hours/week, starting March 9th 2026, running through Jan. 2027. TBD on potential to extend. Job Responsibilities: Lead marketing onboarding for new partners, including training on the MDF (Market Development Funds) program Provide marketing enablement by managing monthly regional Partner Marketing Office Hours and responding to incoming marketing requests Own marketing workflows associated with the Aligned Partner Program, including MDF, partner customer stories, and partner solution showcase publishing Coordinate with designated top partner accounts and Partner Sales on annual and quarterly marketing planning Guide partners on available content, campaigns, and resources within the Aligned Partner Program to generate pipeline Counsel partners on best fit campaigns for their target buyer personas, partner type, and business model Support execution of campaigns, including in person events, virtual events, account based marketing, and digital campaigns Provide ongoing guidance to optimize campaign results with a focus on driving new logo deal registrations Organize partner dinners and partner tracks at regional summits and other events Job Requirements: Partner field marketing experience working with a range of partner types Proven track record delivering strong ROI campaigns, including in person events, virtual events, and digital campaigns Strong focus on driving pipeline and improving pipeline conversion to bookings High energy, proactive, and resourceful, with comfort working in a fast paced growth environment Experience managing MDF programs with demonstrated ROI Knowledge of partner portals and deal registration processes Understanding of partner lead nurture and how it differs from direct marketing lead flow Familiarity with the IT channel as a route to market Comfort presenting to internal stakeholders and external partners on campaign best practices Strong verbal and written communication skills Benefits: Creative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
