Manage social media channels end to end
Support Analytics and Reporting
Coordinate Digital Assets and Content Production
Execute Email Marketing Tasks
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field (e.g., Business, Advertising, or Media Studies).
2–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital content management, branding, or related creative/communications roles
Microsoft office Suite, Salesforce, Pardot, Power BI, Sprout and Meltwater, google analytics, or other relevant media/marketing toolkits
Required Skills and Abilities
Digital marketing performance: Lead conversion rate, campaign ROI, attribution accuracy, and funnel efficiency.
Website performance: UX/UI improvement metrics, site speed, SEO performance, and conversion rates.
Operational excellence: Completion of workflows, effectiveness of SOPs, and continuous improvement outcomes demonstrated via post‑mortem learnings
Physical Requirements This position is based in a professional office setting and requires regular use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. Work is typically performed in a climate‑controlled environment with minimal exposure to physical risks. The role may involve periods of sitting, attending meetings, and working at a computer for extended durations. Occasional in‑person collaboration, light standing or walking within the facility, and limited travel for business needs may be required depending on project activities and departmental priorities.
