About the Role We’re looking for a

freelance Social Content Creator

to support our social channels through hands-on content creation. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who lives online, understands TikTok and Instagram culture, and is excited to create short-form content in a fast-paced, real-world environment.

You’ll be filming on-site (including in our warehouse), helping turn products, deals, and behind-the-scenes moments into engaging social content. This is an execution-focused role—you’ll work from clear concepts and direction, with room to experiment and learn.

This is a

contract role , not a full-time position, and is best suited for someone local to Charlotte with the ability to drive to our warehouse in Kannapolis, NC.

What You’ll Do

Create short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram (Reels), from concept to finished asset

Film on-site 2–3 days per week, including warehouse-based content

Capture product moments, deal highlights, unboxings, and behind-the-scenes footage

Participate on camera when appropriate, or help direct others on camera

Edit videos with light polish (cuts, text overlays, captions)

Follow a weekly content concept calendar to plan filming in advance

Stay tapped into trends, sounds, and formats—and flag opportunities to test

Collaborate closely with the Brand / Marketing team for feedback and iteration

Deliver content on time and in line with brand and safety guidelines

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience creating social content (internships, freelance, or personal projects count)

Demonstrated ability to create and edit short-form video (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram culture and formats

Comfortable filming in real environments—not just studio setups

Willingness to be on camera or help bring ideas to life on camera

Good creative instincts and curiosity about what performs

Ability to take direction, learn quickly, and iterate

Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently

Must be

18+

and authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)

Experience with product-focused or retail content

Background in fashion, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands

Creator or influencer experience on your own social channels
