Position Summary

The

Regional Director of Operations

is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects of our

Oil, Gas, and Chemical (OGC)

construction operations across the

Midwest region . This position provides strategic direction and operational leadership to ensure the successful execution of projects from planning through completion, while maintaining strict adherence to safety, quality, budget, and schedule expectations. The Regional Director of Operations will lead cross‑functional teams, cultivate strong client relationships, and partner with executive leadership to drive operational excellence, business growth, and long‑term sustainability. Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and leadership for all construction operations within the oil, gas, and chemical sector for the Midwest operations. Responsible for overall Regional Office performance. Develop and maintain successful relationships with clients Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry codes. Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation across multiple projects and regions. Collaborate with executive leadership on business development, client engagement, and long-term growth strategies. Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across field and office operations. Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and innovation. Participate in required training sessions Qualifications & Experience

10+ years of proven leadership experience in operations within the

oil, gas, and/or chemical construction

industry. Strong background managing multi‑project, multi‑location operations with full P&L responsibility. Demonstrated success leading large, cross‑functional teams and developing future leaders. Deep understanding of safety regulations, environmental compliance, and industry standards. Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and strategic planning skills.
