
Morrissey Inc., a 100% employee-owned (ESOP) precision manufacturing leader specializing in metal stampings, assemblies, and precision machining, is seeking a driven Outside Sales Manager to expand our market presence and build strong OEM relationships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Identify and engage new OEM customers
Manage and support independent rep groups nationwide
Develop sales plans, goals, and territory strategies
Conduct on-site visits, presentations, and capability reviews
Build strong long-term customer and rep relationships
Collaborate with engineering, estimating, and operations teams
Track opportunities and provide accurate forecasting
What we are looking for:
5+ years in manufacturing sales (stampings, machining, or metal fabrication preferred)
Experience managing manufacturer reps a strong plus
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to travel 50–60% of the time to 5 state area (MN, WI, SD, ND, IA)
Self-driven, organized, and relationship-focused
Technical aptitude with print reading helpful
Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000 based on experience. Opportunity for commission.
