You’ll take ownership of a significant product area supporting retail operations, with accountability for both direction and delivery. Setting clear product priorities and ensuring delivery stays tightly aligned to measurable business outcomes Bringing structure to decision-making navigating trade-offs, sequencing work, and defining impact Operating as a trusted product leader within a collaborative, enterprise-scale environment What You’ll Bring
The idea Product Director will have both B2B and recent retail experience to know what technology is helping in store and what is a hinderance. Proven experience leading
product strategy and execution
in complex B2B retail environments Exposure to
physical retail operations or retail technology
(beyond digital products) Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple teams and seniority levels A clear track record of
shipping and improving products
in operationally complex settings Confidence operating within a structured, mature product organization What’s On Offer
