About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated, curious

Account Manager

to join our Operations team in

Sioux Falls, SD . In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of the customer experience—owning customer onboarding, driving activation and adoption, and helping users realize real value from the KonstructIQ platform.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience in a fast-growing tech company and is excited to learn by doing. You’ll be supported through a structured onboarding program, ongoing mentorship, and close collaboration with Product, Support, and Sales. As you grow your skills, you’ll take on increasing ownership and play a meaningful role in shaping how we onboard and support customers at scale.

What You’ll Do Customer Onboarding & Activation

Lead new customers through a structured onboarding journey, from kickoff to successful product activation

Guide customers through best practices, workflows, and platform features to ensure early wins

Set clear expectations, timelines, and success milestones during onboarding

Partner closely with Support and Product to ensure smooth handoffs and fast issue resolution

Relationship Management & Support

Build trusted relationships by understanding customer goals, challenges, and workflows

Act as a product and process advisor, helping customers apply KonstructIQ to real-world use cases

Monitor product usage and customer health to proactively address risks and identify growth opportunities

Learning, Growth & Process Improvement

Continuously develop your technical and product knowledge through training, shadowing, and hands-on experience

Identify onboarding friction points and contribute ideas to improve customer experience and internal processes

Maintain accurate account notes, activity tracking, and customer insights in CRM tools

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to support customer success and company growth

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable explaining concepts clearly and building rapport

A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving instincts

Ability to stay organized and manage multiple customers, tasks, and deadlines

Team-oriented, adaptable, and energized by a startup environment

Bonus Points

Exposure to construction, field services, or industrial software

Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce

Internship or professional experience in a customer-facing, operations, or support role

Demonstrated interest in SaaS, startups, or AI-powered products
