This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Coordinator at Sri Sri Foods, located in Delhi, OH. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the sales team, coordinating with customers, and ensuring efficient sales and operations workflow. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, maintaining sales records, preparing reports, assisting in the execution of sales strategies, and ensuring seamless communication across relevant departments to enhance client satisfaction and business efficiency. Qualifications
Strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage tasks efficiently. Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to address client needs and maintain strong relationships. Understanding of Sales processes, with the ability to support sales strategies effectively. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience in using sales software or CRM tools is preferred. Relevant work experience in sales or customer service is advantageous. Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
