* Opportunity to shape and deliver **HR strategy across the U.S. and Global R&D organizations*** **High-visibility role** with exposure to senior and executive leadership* Culture of **innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement**The **Associate Director, HR Projects & Planning (U.S. & R&D HR)** is a strategic and results-driven leader responsible for the **end-to-end delivery of complex HR initiatives** supporting Galderma’s U.S. business and global R&D organization.* Lead and embed **change management strategies** across U.S. and R&D HR initiatives.* Ensure change impacts are assessed, communicated, and managed effectively.* Drive sustainable adoption of new structures, processes, and ways of working.* Balance speed of execution with employee experience and business continuity.* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or other related field highly desired.* + HR PMO environments
