Location: Kansas City, MO Schedule: Rotating Monday–Friday and Tuesday–Saturday

Purpose Of Position
An In-Home Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers by delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements to purchase our products and services.
Key Responsibilities Follow a monthly rotating schedule, with weekly variance as described below:
Weeks 1–2: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
Weeks 3–4: Tuesday–Friday (9:00 AM–7:00 PM) and Saturday (9:00 AM–2:00 PM)
Maintain sales appointments (approximately 2 hours each)
Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops
Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process
Work with warm, pre-set leads; no cold-calling or lead generation required
Minimum Requirements Ability to connect with customers quickly in a professional environment
Competitive nature with a drive to succeed
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Previous sales experience; strong candidates include recent graduates and those from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
Valid smartphone or device to log into company-required systems with two-factor authentication
