
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The Account Specialist will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, managing inquiries and orders from initial contact through to delivery, while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. Please note: this position does not involve cold calling.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide detailed product, inventory and scheduling information and guidance to support customer needs
Accurately prepare quotes, process orders, and manage follow-ups and special requests
Identify and resolve issues proactively while maintaining accurate documentation
Partner with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery
Qualifications
Associate’s degree strongly preferred
Minimum 2 years of B2B customer service or account management experience (phone/email/chat)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of work
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to type at least 40 WPM and demonstrate solid computer proficiency
Proven ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in promotional products, printing, or marketing is a plus
