Business Development Representative
to expand HireQuest Direct’s client base in the Denver area. This role focuses on building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong partnerships with clients across construction, manufacturing, and industrial industries. Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and maintain new client relationships throughout the Denver metro area. Conduct daily site visits and client meetings to understand workforce needs and present staffing solutions. Sell a variety of staffing services including temporary labor, day labor, and full-time placements. Attend industry and networking events to generate leads and enhance company presence. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful staffing delivery. Meet or exceed assigned sales and business development goals. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the company CRM. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, business development, or staffing/recruitment preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to travel locally throughout Denver daily for client visits. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Knowledge of construction, manufacturing, or industrial industries is a plus. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
