As an
Automotive Sales Consultant , you’ll play a key role in helping customers through one of their most exciting purchases—finding the perfect vehicle to fit their lifestyle and budget. Prior automotive sales experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right personality with the right drive and work ethic.
What You’ll Do
Greet and assist customers in the showroom with a professional, welcoming attitude
Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles that best fit their lifestyle and budget
Confidently present vehicle features, technology, and pricing options
Coordinate and conduct test drives to enhance the customer experience
Build long-term customer relationships using our CRM tools
Follow up with prospects and repeat customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Complete all required paperwork accurately and efficiently
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of automotive or related sales experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with customers
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-focused mindset
Basic knowledge of vehicles and the sales process is a plus
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
