Support
deal execution activities
across M&A, divestitures, capital markets, and restructuring transactions Build and maintain
financial models , including 3-statement projections, DCF, LBO, and accretion/dilution analyses Conduct
industry research, company benchmarking, and valuation analyses
to guide client decision-making Prepare
pitch books, investment memoranda, and client presentations Assist with
due diligence, data room management, and transaction coordination Collaborate with senior bankers and cross-functional teams to ensure
smooth execution of client transactions Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics , or related discipline Strong skills in
financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis Excellent
