Overview

The Business Development Executive will drive growth for automotive and e‑mobility engineering solutions and products, managing key OEM accounts, originating profitable deals, and coordinating cross‑functional delivery to meet technical and commercial targets. Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Automotive / Electrical) or related field. 5–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management in the automotive or e‑mobility domain, preferably with exposure to engineering services or technical products. Demonstrated experience engaging with automotive customers (e.g., passenger car, CV, off‑road, or EV OEMs) and handling end‑to‑end deal cycles from lead generation to closure. Strong techno‑commercial acumen with ability to understand automotive systems (fuel injection, ECUs, VCU, IoT, lab equipment) and translate them into customer value propositions. Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams (software, mechanical, hardware, supply chain, quality) and manage stakeholder expectations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with comfort interacting at senior customer levels. Preferred skills

Experience in business development for SDV/software‑defined vehicle services, e‑mobility solutions, or powertrain systems. Exposure to global customers and multicultural environments (e.g., Germany, USA, China, Japan) and familiarity with OEM decision‑making processes. Knowledge of project management and quality tools (PMBOK, DRBFM, FMEA, Six Sigma) to support proposal credibility and execution tracking.
