
eCommerce Strategist (CX and Site Merchandising)

Our e-commerce client is in search of a data-driven eCommerce Strategist (CX and Site Merchandising) to lead the development and execution of digital merchandising and promotional strategies for products across mobile, streaming and internet. This role focuses on driving online acquisition through strategic site experiences, personalized content, campaign planning and cross-functional collaboration. This is a temporary/contract role with full-time hours.
This is a hybrid role in Seattle, WA.
Pay Rate: $55.00/hour
Responsibilities
Develop and implement targeted e-commerce strategies to drive customer acquisition for mobile products and services Lead execution of site merchandising and campaign launches, focusing on cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing customer base Plan and manage promotions and offers, including new device rollouts, service bundles and seasonal campaigns Collaborate with Optimization, Product and Development teams to support campaigns requiring new offer builds or site functionality Support new product and device launches, A/B testing and implementation of updated site features Oversee creative development and delivery by submitting briefs, managing timelines, working with implementation partners and conducting thorough QA Optimize the post-launch experience by analyzing conversion funnels and identifying opportunities for performance improvements Collaborate with analytics and insights teams to develop performance dashboards using tools such as Adobe Analytics and Quantum Metric Leverage data visualizations, heat maps, click tracking and session replays to inform future testing strategies and optimizations Manage fast-paced timelines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate launches Exercise independent judgment and escalate blockers or risks to leadership when needed Flexibility to occasionally support launches outside standard working hours if necessary Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in e-commerce strategy, website customer experience (CX) or site merchandising Strong background in campaign execution, project management and performance analysis Ability to interpret digital KPIs and translate insights into actionable strategies Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage cross-functional efforts Preferred Skills
Content strategy and messaging experience Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Smartsheet or Jira Strong understanding of digital user behavior and optimization tactics If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
