The Marketing Promotion Specialist will manage the end-to-end execution of all promotional campaigns, acting as the primary liaison between onshore teams and offshore pods. This role ensures efficient delivery, brand compliance, and operational efficiency across all promotional activities.

Salary & Benefits

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000/Year to $140,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities

  • The Marketing Promotion Specialist will manage the end-to-end execution of all promotional campaigns, acting as the primary liaison between onshore teams and offshore pods. This role ensures efficient delivery, brand compliance, and operational efficiency across all promotional activities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign delivery, ensuring smooth execution and timely rollout.
  • Develop a promotion strategy that drives higher store footfall by aligning with customer needs, seasonal trends, and prevailing market conditions.
  • Translate approved campaign briefs into actionable tasks for offshore pods, assigning deliverables and monitoring SLAs.
  • Manage cross-channel deployment of campaigns across digital and social platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Optimize offshore production processes for speed and cost efficiency.
  • Track campaign performance against KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and provide operational insights for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with governance and brand safety throughout campaign execution. Validate assets for brand guidelines, legal requirements, and quality benchmarks before launch.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in campaign execution and marketing operations.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in team coordination.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, proficiency with digital marketing platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
