Marketing Engagement Lead The Marketing Engagement Lead will lead the translation of strategic marketing briefs and objectives into actionable plans, ensuring alignment across internal teams and the client. Location: Modesto, CA Experience: 8+ Years Please note, this role will not offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $140,000/Year to $160,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans. Convert marketing objectives into clear, actionable plans with timelines and measurable outcomes. Align stakeholders to achieve traffic, acquisition, and ROMI goals. Lead the development of comprehensive campaign briefs detailing objectives, audience insights, creative direction, and success metrics. Define segmentation and KPIs for awareness, engagement, and conversion. Refine audience segments and positioning strategies to support brand objectives. Design an effective omnichannel mix ensuring consistent messaging for each banner across all touchpoints. Drive digital growth and customer loyalty through targeted campaigns. Coordinate offshore teams for workflow and cost efficiencies. Oversee campaign performance analytics and drive optimization strategies to improve KPIs. Lead test-and-learn initiatives, oversee attribution analysis and performance insights to inform reinvestment strategies. Qualifications

8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, and project management. Strong understanding of audience segmentation, omnichannel marketing, integrated marketing communications, and analytics. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead and coordinate between cross-functional teams.
