Description of Job Duties The position will conduct comprehensive reviews of data used to prepare utility filings and perform independent analysis of the utility documents supporting the filing. The comprehensive review requires the position to compile, analyze, and verify data and communicate the results in writing. This is technical, analytical work involving complex regulatory filings such as recovery clauses, staff-assisted rate cases and other utility rate-setting proceedings.

Minimum Qualifications Four years of relevant work experience in the area of business administration, economics, accounting, finance, mathematics, statistics or public administration is required. An associate degree and two years of relevant work experience OR a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university may be used as an alternative for the years of required experience.

Special consideration will be given to applicants who are Certified Public Accountants (CPAs), Certified Internal Auditors (CIAs), and those applicants with the ability to review, analyze, and evaluate data and present their conclusions in writing.
