External Epicor Consultant (Permanent / Ongoing / Contract / Part-time)
Location: Remote (U.S.-based exclusively)
Engagement: Permanent or Part-time/Contract external consultant (flexible hours)
We’re looking for a highly experienced technical professional to join our team as an Epicor ERP Consultant. This role is ideal for a senior technical and application professional who enjoys being a long-term partner rather than a short-term fixer.
What You’ll Do
Provide expert support for Epicor ERP (version-specific experience required)
Design and maintain BAQs, dashboards, and SSRS reports
Troubleshoot and optimize Epicor across manufacturing, finance, and operations
Translate business needs into practical Epicor solutions
Advise on best practices, system configuration, and process improvements
Maintain internal ticketing system and client updates
Support integrations, data issues, and upgrades as needed
What We’re Looking For
Experience with enterprise software implementation and administration
Manufacturing and/or distribution experience
Self-directed, reliable, and comfortable working directly with business users
Clear communicator who can operate without heavy oversight
Impactful and complex project experience (either as a manager or team member)
Nice to Have
Hands-on Epicor consulting experience
Familiarity with Epicor Classic and Epicor Kinetic Interfaces
Epicor Technical Core: BPMs, BAQs, Functions, DMT, CMP, EpicCare, EpicWeb, SQL
REST services, or integration experience
Costing and financial reporting expertise, SSRS
