Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Greensboro, NC. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional support, resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction, promote smooth communication, and maintain a positive customer experience throughout the sales and service process. Other tasks may include maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal teams, and representing the company’s commitment to excellent service. Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction Experience with managing and improving Customer Experience and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with team members and engage professionally with clients Attention to detail and ability to effectively manage tasks and deadlines Proficiency with customer service software and tools is a plus Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role preferred High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are an advantage
