Summary We're seeking a skilled powder coat painter to join our team at Marksman Metals Co. Inc. In this role you will be responsible for operating a full-automated powder-coat paint line, perform powder coating by hand, perform quality inspections, and perform routine and preventative maintenance painting duties.
What You'll Do
Prepare surfaces for painting
Apply paint and finishes using various techniques and equipment to achieve desired results
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols
Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adjust as needed
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards
Observe equipment operation to detect defects or deviations from standards and adjust as necessary
Salary and Benefits Hourly range: $20-$30 with flexibility to go outside that range. We offer a competitive salary based on skills, experience, and work history. We have a comprehensive benefit package, including 401K / employer match, medical (with a great employer contribution), dental, life, and disability insurances, paid vacation and holidays, paid sick days and a clean, air-conditioned working environment.
Shift 1st: Monday-Thursday 6:00am to 3:30/4:30pm and Friday 6-3:30pm. There is ample opportunity for overtime.
