We are seeking a high-energy student who wants to gain real-world experience in Hospitality, Community Management, and Sales. This isn't your average "sit and study" desk job. You will be the heartbeat of the space during your shifts, ensuring our members are supported while actively hunting for new businesses to join our community. Key Responsibilities

Member Concierge & Daily Operations (50%)

Serve as the primary point of contact for members and guests. Create a strong first impression by maintaining a clean, welcoming lobby and common areas. Support daily facility logistics, including mail sorting, coffee service, and meeting room technology setup. Outbound Growth & Sales (40%)

Execute targeted outbound outreach campaigns to local professionals, founders, and startups. Conduct cold calls and personalized email outreach to schedule tours of the space. Track leads and activity in the CRM and follow up with past or “lost” inquiries to re-engage prospects. Special Projects & Community Engagement (10%)

Assist with the setup and execution of community events, networking mixers, and happy hours. Capture photos and short-form content to highlight the Innovate Bay lifestyle on social media. What You Bring to the Table

Availability:

Ability to work 6–8 hour shifts (e.g., 8:30 AM–3:00 PM or 3:00 PM–10:00 PM) while staying under a 20-hour weekly limit. Hustle Mentality:
