We're on the hunt for a superstar Wide-Format Operator to join our dynamic team and help us deliver mind-blowing products to our clients.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain wide-format printers (flatbed, roll-to-roll, UV, latex, or dye-sublimation).
Prep files for printing, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment.
Monitor print quality and adjust settings to meet client specs.
Install printed graphics, including signage, wall graphics, and window displays.
Apply vehicle wraps and decals with precision.
Manage inventory of materials like vinyl, fabric, and inks.
Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and ensure workflow efficiency.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications
2+ years
of experience operating wide-format printers or similar equipment
Proficiency with RIP software (Onyx, Fiery, etc.) and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform basic equipment maintenance
Excellent time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of substrates, inks, and finishing processes is a major bonus
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing and installation preferred
