Overview
Lyle Pearson Auto Group is the #1 Luxury Car Dealership in Boise, ID, and we are looking to add a Parts Advisor to support our ever-growing Service Department. The Acura Parts Advisor role supports technicians and delivers an exceptional ownership experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and experienced with OEM parts, preferably within Acura or Honda environments.
Responsibilities
Assist technicians and service advisors by identifying, sourcing, and distributing correct OEM parts.
Accurately process parts orders, invoices, and returns.
Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure parts availability for repair orders.
Communicate effectively with service technicians regarding part status and timelines.
Ensure all parts transactions comply with manufacturer and dealership procedures.
Keep the parts department organized, efficient, and customer focused.
Provide excellent internal and external customer service to support dealership operations.
Benefits And Compensation Pay Range: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 annually. In addition to competitive pay, our benefits are designed to support you and your family.

Qualifications
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in an automotive parts-related role preferred.
Knowledge of OEM parts and dealership operations; Acura or Honda experience is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, service advisors, and management.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
